Traditional entrees such as Asopao de Langosta, Whole Fried Snapper with Mojo, tostones and a variety of conch specialties are among the choice for any evening's dinner, but unexpected delights, such as nightly chef's specials also enhance the menu. The only constant - truly fine food. We also offer a fine selection of wines and champagnes.
The "Coqui Room" accommodates 35 class room style and 50 theatre style. The "Copa Room" accommodates 25 class room style and 40 theatre style. Our newly opened Caribbean Villas are perfect for small board meetings. Overlooking the Caribbean Sea, our main dining room is the perfect place to hold meetings, seminars and social events for up to 85 people. A full line of audio visual equipment rentals is available. Several locations on the resort property are available for outdoor functions.
