Pavilions and Pools offers poolside privacy at each of its 25 condominium-style villas. Each of our twenty-five villas are set in a private tropical settings with two charming and unique layouts to choose from, The International Pavilion and the Caribbean Pavilion. Spread out across two hillside acres with water views and tropical gardens, each of the modern villas features its own private swimming pool surrounded by a patio/deck perfect for lounging. The villas come in two sizes, but all have bedrooms, living rooms, kitchens, bath, and dressing areas with an indoor, sunken shower surrounded by garden greenery. The furniture is rattan, the floors ceramic tile, and the ambiance modern tropical. All units are air-conditioned and have ceiling fans. Several of the units are wheelchair accessible.
Complimentary continental breakfast is served daily at our restaurant onsite. Snorkeling, Parasailing, and Jet-skiing are a 5-minute walk away at one of the island's most exquisite full-service beaches. One mile from ferries to St. John and the British Virgin Islands.
Pavilions and Pools also offers an on site restaurant serving lunch and dinner.
Sapphire Beach, one of the island’s most exquisite full-service beaches, is just a five-minute walk away. Grocery shopping or snacks can be found at Plaza Extra Supermarket in Tutu Park Mall (10-minute ride away and next to K-Mart) or Marina Market (one mile away in Red Hook). If you want to venture further, a taxi or rental car can take you wherever you want to go.
Pavilions and Pools is on the island’s East End, which makes it the perfect jumping off spot for a trip to nearby St. John with its V.I. National Park and the British Virgin Islands. St. John offers super beaches, great hiking and lots of duty-free shops. Carmen's Restaurant/Bar at
Pavilions and Pools offers cocktails, lunch and dinner Tuesdays through Sunday from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM. We are happy to assist you with information about restaurants on St. Thomas and St. John as well as local take-out and delivery options. If you'd like to cook your own meals and eat in, we will direct you to nearby food markets and specialty stores. The downtown Charlotte Amalie duty-free shopping district, with its jewelry, camera, and gift stores is a 20-minute ride away but, for last-minute souvenirs, try the nearby Red Hook area.
